Who we are
This website is operated by je na to appka s. r. o., company ID 57 398 879, registered at Cesta na Senec 2/A, 821 04 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia. We are the controller of your personal data. Questions about your data? Write to kontakt@jenatoappka.sk and we’ll get back to you.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form, we collect the details you enter (name, company name and email, and optionally phone, website, company size and a description). We use them only to get back to you and to prepare a proposal for your company. You can also give us your email in the calculator on the home page or on the Insights page, if you want to know when we launch — and we use it for exactly what you gave it to us for. These are separate things: if you choose contact only, we will not add you to the newsletter, and you can withdraw each consent separately at any time. With the calculator we also record its use anonymously — answers, device type, browser and country — so that we know how it is being used. That data is linked to a specific person only once you leave us your email in the calculator.
The legal basis is your consent. You give us the data voluntarily — without it we cannot contact you or notify you. To protect the forms from spam, we also briefly store a technical value derived from your IP address (in anonymised form). It is not used for tracking.
Who gets access to the data
We do not sell your data. It is accessible to us and to vetted providers of the tools we use to store it securely and to deliver messages. Some of them may process data outside the EU — always only with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep it only as long as it is needed — contact form data and the email from the calculator for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, the newsletter email until you withdraw your consent, and the email for the Insights launch notice is deleted as soon as we have sent you the launch message.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and needs no cookie banner. Traffic, where we measure it, is handled in a way that creates no profile and no permanent identifier for you. We use at most the strictly necessary technical storage, so that the site works and the forms are protected from abuse.
Your rights
Your data stays yours. You have the right to:
know what we hold about you and ask for a copy
have incorrect data corrected
have your data erased
restrict or object to its processing
transfer your data elsewhere
withdraw your consent at any time
Just write to kontakt@jenatoappka.sk — and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. And if you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can also contact the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
